健康教育在老年高血压患者护理中的应用价值
【摘 要】目的：分析健康教育在老年高血压患者护理中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析2016年5月份至2017年5月份我院就诊老年性高血压患者140例，分为治疗组和对照组(各70例)。对照组给予常规护理。治疗组在对照组的基础上给予健康教育，观察两組患者血压控制水平。结果：治疗组收缩压(138.7±16.8)mmHg、舒张压(91.6±10.5)mmHg，对照组收缩压(145.7±17.4)mmHg、舒张压(95.7±11.3)mmHg。tSBP=2.4214，PSBP=0.0168；tDBP=2.42238，PDBP=0.0278，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：健康教育可以提高老年高血压患者的认知水平，提高血压控制水平。
