【摘 要】目的：研究彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)诊断价值。方法：随机选取我院治疗的42例DVT患者设为研究组，并选取同时期42例健康者设为对照组，给予所有患者彩超检查，对比检查结果。结果：观察组静脉内径值明显高于对照组(p<0.05)；且影像表现存在明显差异。讨论：通过彩检查可为DVT临床诊断提供有效指导依据，可保证患者接受及时有效治疗，保障患者健康安全。
