【摘 要】目的：分析针对性护理干预在神经外科患者护理中的应用价值。方法：选取2017年7月--2018年4月期间在我院神经外科住院的160例患者作为研究对象，按照入院顺序将其分为两组，各80例，对照组和观察组分别进行常规护理和针对性护理，比较两组患者的护理效果与实际表现。结果：观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组，护理不良事件少，组间差异，具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：神经外科护理中通过采用针对性护理干预有助于极大的改善患者病情，提高患者的护理满意度，值得临床大力推广与应用。
