【摘 要】目的：评价延续护理服务对造口出院患者自我护理能力的影响价值。方法：选择我院2016年3月-2017年6月行造口手术治疗且顺利出院的60例患者，随机分为癌症常规手术护理的对照组以及加行出院后延续护理服务的观察组，对比2组造口患者出院后3个月自我护理能力ESCA评分情况以及患者生活质量评分情况。结果：观察组造口患者自我护理能力、生活质量评分均高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：出院后延续护理服务提高了造口患者的自我护理能力以及生活质量，促进治疗预后。

    Abstract：Objective To evaluate the impact of continuous nursing service on self-care ability of patients discharged from stoma. Methods： 60 patients who were successfully discharged from our hospital from March 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups： the control group with routine cancer surgery and the observation group with extended care after discharge. The ESCA scores of self-care ability and quality of life scores of the patients in the two groups were compared at 3 months after discharge. Results： the score of self-care ability and quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group ( p <； 0.05 ). Conclusion： Continuation of nursing service after discharge improves self-care ability and quality of life of patients undergoing ostomy and promotes treatment prognosis. ......
