【摘 要】：目的：研究对关节镜下自体腓骨长肌腱联合腘绳肌腱重建前交叉韧带的临床效果。方法：选取本院前交叉韧带断裂患者90例，选取时间为2016年10月到2018年11月，随机分组，对照组采用腘绳肌腱，观察组在对照组基础上应用自体腓骨长肌腱，记录并对比两组前交叉韧带断裂患者的膝关节功能。结果：治疗前两组前交叉韧带断裂患者的Tegner与Lysholm评分差异性较小，P>0.05；治疗后观察组的IKDC、Tegner及Lysholm评分均要高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：采取了关节镜下自体腓骨长肌腱联合腘绳肌腱重建前交叉韧带的前交叉韧带断裂患者，其膝关节功能有了明显改善，值得大力推广。

    Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament by autofibular tendons combined with popliteal tendons under arthroscope. Methods： 90 patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture were selected and selected from October 2016 to November 2018. The control group was randomly grouped. The control group used the hamstring tendons. The observation group used the autologous fibular tendons on the basis of the control group.
