【摘 要】目的：探讨老年脑血管病吸入性肺炎的临床治疗。方法：选择2017年6月-2018年6月本院收治的23例老年脑血管病吸入性肺炎患者，给予吸氧祛痰治疗，给予促肠胃动力药物，选择合适抗生素抗感染治疗。结果：17例患者有明显好转，占73.9%。18例患者存在有发热表现，占78.3%，19例患者存在有咳痰、咳嗽表现，占82.6%。结论：老年脑血管病吸入性肺炎较为常见，患者预后差，死亡率高，临床治疗需要结合患者个体差异，给予综合性治疗措施。
