【摘 要】：目的：针对细节护理管理应用在肝胆外科管道护理管理中的干预效果进行调查。方法：以58例肝胆外科手术患者为研究对象，将其随机分为管理组、对照组，分别予以细节护理、常规护理，比较患者护理效果。结果：管理组患者意外事件发生率为3.4%，对照组为10.3%，P<0.05。结论：开展细节护理能够避免护理风险，更有利于患者安全。

    Abstract： objective： to investigate the effect of the application of detail nursing management in the nursing management of hepatobiliary surgery pipeline. Methods： 58 patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery were randomly divided into management group and control group. Results： the incidence of accidental events was 3.4 in the management group and 10.3 in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion： detailed nursing can avoid nursing risk and be more beneficial to patient safety.
