【摘 要】 目的：分析早期康复护理对成人脑卒中急性偏瘫患者运动功能的影响。方法：从我院2016年2月-2018年2月收治成人脑卒中急性偏瘫患者中抽取136例，将其分成2组：早期康复护理试验组68例，基础护理对照组68例，分析、比较2组的护理结果。结果：护理后，试验组运动功能、生活能力评分比对照组高；并发症发生率比对照组低(4.4%VS19.1%)，统计有差异(P<0.05)。结论：给予成人脑卒中急性偏瘫患者早期康复护理，有助于改善运动功能，提高生活质量，值得学习。
