【摘 要】目的：探讨循证支持下针对性护理在慢性盆腔炎患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法：选取近两年在我院接受治疗的慢性盆腔炎患者70例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表达法将其分为观察组与参考组，各为35例。观察组接受循证支持下针对性护理，参考组接受常规护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组住院时间明显短于参考组，患者对护理满意评分明显高于参考组(P<0.05)；观察组半年内复发率显著低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论：在慢性盆腔炎患者临床护理中应用循证支持下针对性护理能够促进患者康复，降低复发率，同时对护患关系改善有显著意义。
