【摘 要】目的：对急性重症病毒性心肌炎合并心力衰竭、心源性休克患者的临床护理干预方式进行调查。方法：回顾性分析我院37例急性重症病毒性心肌炎合并心力衰竭及心源性休克患者的护理方式，同时对患者护理结果进行调查。结果：37例患者有2例入院后当天死亡，其余35例患者抢救成功，患者住院时间平均(3.8±0.5)周，而后康复出院。结论：以患者为中心开展护理干预更有利于患者病情管理。
