【摘 要】 目的：对比分析瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产与非瘢痕子宫剖宫的妊娠结局，以评估瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产的风险性。方法：选取我院产科的瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产的产妇为观察组，非瘢痕子宫剖宫产的产妇为对照组，比较两组剖宫产产妇的产程出血量、产程持续时间、住院时间及术后并发症的情况。结果：观察组组产妇的产程出血量高于对照组，其产程时间和住院时间也长于对照组(P<0.05)，同时观察组产妇的术后并发症发生率也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产更容易发生的术后并发症，应及时采取相应措施，进步一预防发生不良妊娠结果。
