【摘 要】 目的：分析阿司匹林结合阿托伐他汀钙治疗神经内科中脑血栓患者的临床效果。方法：选取我院2016年06月～2018年06月间收治50例神经内科脑血栓患者，采用随机摸球法将患者分為观察组(25例)和对照组(25例)，对照组采用阿司匹林治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗，比较两组患者血脂指标。结果：治疗前两组患者血液治疗差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)，观察组血液指标明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：神经内科脑血栓患者采用阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗，可有效改善血脂指标，具有一定临床价值，值得推广应用。
