【摘 要】目的：分析腹腔镜联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫内膜异位症的护理价值。方法：将腹腔镜联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗52例子宫内膜异位症患者为调查对象，纳入实验组与常规组(n=26)，分别实施常规护理与综合护理。结果：实验组症状改善率96.15%，常规组患者症状改善率为80.77%(p<0.05)。结论：综合护理能够提升腹腔镜联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗患者有效率。

    Abstract：Objective To analyze the nursing value of laparoscopy combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods：52 cases of patients with endometriosis treated by laparoscopy combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system were included in the experimental group and the routine group(n=26).Results：the symptom improvement rate was 96.15% in the experimental group and 80.77% in the conventional group (p<0.05).Conclusion：comprehensive nursing can improve the efficiency of laparoscopy combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system in the treatment of patients ......
