【摘 要】目的：健康体检人员血脂转氨酶检查与脂肪肝的关系分析。方法：本次研究筛选我中心进行健康证实施健康体检的人员140名为本次研究对象，按照是否发生脂肪肝分成两组，健康组80例，研究 60例，比较两组研究对象肝功能以及血脂指标。结果：研究组血脂指标检验中，TG、TC、LDL-C指标均高于健康组，HDL-C指标低于健康组，比较有差异，P<0.05，有统计学意义。研究组肝功能ALT、AST、CHE指标均高于健康组，差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：脂肪肝发生与健康人血脂和肝功能检查指标有明显差异，日常对于易发人群应做好日常监测，定期进行血脂相关检查，做好预防。
