【摘 要】目的：探讨恩度联合含培美曲塞方案治疗复发耐药骨肉瘤的临床效果。方法：选取2014年4月-2018年4月我院收治的复发耐药骨肉瘤患者76例，随机分为两组，对照组应用培美曲塞药物治疗，研究组应用恩度联合含培美曲塞方案治疗。比较两组患者临床效果以及生活质量。结果：研究组治疗总有效率为76.31%，高于对照组的47.36%(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：恩度联合含培美曲塞方案治疗复发耐药骨肉瘤的治疗有利于提高患者的生存率，而且提升了临床的效果，治疗效果非常理想，临床上应当进一步推广应用。
