【摘 要】目的：分析腹腔镜联合胆道镜保胆取石术胆囊结石患者在围术期内的有效护理干预措施及其应用效果。方法：对照组患者采取常规护理，观察组患者则在该基础上采取围手术期综合护理。结果：观察组研究对象手术后的并发症率为3.33%，较对照组的23.33%明显更低(P<0.05);观察组研究对象在住院时间、手术后排气时间和离床活动时间以及术后为VAS疼痛评分等指标对比方面均较对照组患者显著更优(P<0.05)。结论：对于接受腹腔镜联合胆道镜保胆取石术的胆囊结石患者于围手术期内采取综合护理干预，有助于降低患者手术后并发症率，可促进患者术后尽快康复并缩短住院时间。
