【摘 要】目的：研究分析在眼科白内障手术患者护理中采用个性化护理管理的应用价值。方法：本次研究样本从本院白内障手术患者中选取80例，研究时间为2017年3月到2018年3月，按照护理方式将其分为两组，对照组患者给予一般护理管理，实验组患者给予个性化护理管理，对比结果。结果：对比两组患者护理结果，实验组患者护理满意率、预后生活质量较高，两组对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：通过此次研究可得，在眼科白内障手术患者护理中采用个性化护理管理，对护理效果与护理质量都具有改善作用。
