【摘 要】 目的：探討随访对肾病综合征患者依从激素联合免疫抑制剂治疗的影响。方法：将我院2017年4月～2018年9月期间收治的76例肾病综合征患者分为观察组(家庭随访干预)和对照组(常规健康教育)各38例，观察两组患者治疗情况。结果：与对照组相比，观察组患者的治疗依从性(94.74%>76.32%)及其满意度(92.11%>71.05%)更高(P<0.05)，而病情复发率(5.26%<21.05%)相对更低(P<0.05)。结论：随访工作的有效开展，对于肾病综合征患者依从激素联合免疫抑制剂治疗有着良好的帮助。
