【摘 要】 目的：观察并探讨腰麻和全身麻醉在老年股骨颈骨折手术中应用对患者产生的影响。 方法：选取128例于2016年12月——2018年12月期间来我院就诊的老年股骨颈骨折患者，按患者就诊顺序分为对照组与实验组，人数相同各64例，实验组与对照组患者分别给予腰麻与全麻，对两组患者术中、术后心率及血压情况、术后疼痛率、麻醉优良率进行观察与对比。 结果：实验组患者术中、术后心率及血压与对照组结果比较均显著较低，实验组患者术后疼痛评分、麻醉有效率与对照组结果比较均显著较优，差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。 结论：腰麻在老年股骨颈骨折手术中应用具有确切效果，值得推广应用。
