【摘 要】目的：分析探讨在高原地区老年人工股骨头置换术中应用全身麻醉和硬腰联合麻醉方式的临床价值。方法：以2011年1月至2018年12月这一时间段内赴医院选择人工股骨头置换术治疗的48例高原地区患者为研究对象。通过病历建立时间前后顺序分为观察组24例，对照组24例。给予对照组全身麻醉，观察组按硬腰联合麻醉治疗，比较两组患者不同阶段的体征变化情况。结果：与对照组相比，观察组患者体征变化稳定具有显著优势，进行比较的相关数据间有明显差异，(P<0.05)。结论：针对在高原地区采取老年人工股骨头置换术治疗的患者应用硬腰联合麻醉，对患者血压、血氧饱和度等体征指标影响较小。
