【摘 要】目的：分析重症监护患者实施针对性护理的护理措施及预防感染效果。方法：选择我院2017年1月-2018年12月ICU收治的84例患者，以护理方式不同为依据分组，对两组感染发生情况及护理效果进行对比。结果：观察组院内感染发生率9.52%(4/42)显著低于对照组45.24%(19/42)(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意度95.24%(40/42)显著高于对照组78.57%(33/42)(P<0.05)。结论：针对性护理根据ICU患者的实际病情评估结果制定护理措施，对感染高危因素实施有重点的护理管理，可减少感染发生，提高护理质量和满意度。
