【摘要】目的：分析冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者室性心律失常的护理满意度。方法：抽取 74例冠心病慢性心力衰竭室性心律失常的患者作为研究报道的主要对象，按照顺序进行分组，主要以对照组和观察组为主，分别实施的是常规护理以及综合护理干预，干预后对比护理满意率。结果：对比两组患者的满意率指标，观察组明显多于对照组。结论：对于冠心病慢性心力衰竭室性心律失常的患者采用综合护理模式，可以提升整体优势，最大程度缩短心律失常的时间，值得实施应用。

    Abstract

    objective： to analyze the nursing satisfaction of patients with chronic heart failure caused by coronary heart disease with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods：a total of 74 cases of patients with ventricular arrhythmia in chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease were selected as the main subjects of the study. The patients were divided into groups according to the order. The control group and the observation group were the main groups.Results： the satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion： the comprehensive nursing mode can improve the overall advantage and shorten the time of arrhythmia to the greatest extent in patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease. ......
