【摘要】目的：针对心内科左心衰竭患者焦虑障碍的临床治疗效果进行了研究。方法 ：随机抽取本院心内科治疗的左心衰合并焦虑患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规治疗方法，观察组采取综合性治疗结合心理治疗。结果 ：通过对相关数据分析得出，观察组心衰患者的治疗效果高于对照组。结论：采用综合性治疗和心理治疗在心衰合并焦虑障碍患者的临床治疗上有值得应用的价值。

    Abstract

    objective ：to study the clinical effect of anxiety disorder in patients with left heart failure in cardiology department. Methods： Left heart failure and anxiety patients treated by cardiology were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group adopted the conventional treatment method and the observation group adopted the comprehensive treatment combined with psychotherapy. Results： The Results showed that the treatment effect of patients with heart failure in the observation group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion ：Comprehensive therapy and psychotherapy are valuable in the clinical treatment of patients with heart failure and anxiety disorder. ......
