【摘 要】目的：探讨认知行为疗法在心理护理工作中的运用效果。方法：选取2017年3月-2019年2月我院102例精神分裂症患者为研究对象，依据奇数偶数分配原则分为两组，对照组用常规心理护理，观察组在对照组基础上用认知行为疗法，对比两组干预情况。结果：干预后，两组所取得BPRS评分、SANS评分、SAPS评分、NOSIE评分数值低于干预前数值，观察组所得数值低于对照组数值，统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论：认知行为疗法在心理护理工作中的运用效果显著，值得应用。
