【摘 要】目的：探讨上颌窦恶性肿瘤手术患者的护理方法和效果。方法：选取我院收治的54例上颌窦恶性肿瘤患者，纳入时间为2015年6月至2017年12月，均行手术治疗。将其随机分成2组：常规护理27例作为对照组，临床护理路径27例作为试验组，评定护理效果。结果：试验组护理满意26例(96.3%)，高于对照组的20例(74.1%);患者切口愈合、住院时间均短于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：针对上颌窦恶性肿瘤手术患者，实施临床护理路径能提高护理服务质量、缩短恢复时间，值得推广。
