【摘 要】目的：探讨人性化护理在产后护理中的应用效果。方法：选取我院妇产科收治的90例产妇，纳入时间为2018年1月～12月。将其随机分成2组：常规护理45例作为对照组，人性化护理45例作为试验组，评定护理效果。结果：试验组护理满意率為95.6%，高于对照组的80.0%;产后并发症发生率为2.2%，低于对照组的15.6%，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：人性化护理应用在产后护理中，能提高产妇的护理满意度、减少产后并发症，值得推广。
