【摘 要】 目的：探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊结合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效。方法：选我院收治的小儿轮状病毒性肠炎患儿120例随机分两组。对照组常规治疗;实验组联合双歧杆菌三连活菌胶囊。分析临床指标差异。结果：实验组患儿疾病各项临床指标恢复时间明显短于常规治疗组，P<0.05;不同测定时间实验组患儿体内病毒含量均低于对照组，P<0.05。结论： 治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎时采用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊结合消旋卡多曲颗粒，能加速患儿体内病毒清除速度，有效改善患儿症状。

    Abstract Objective ： To investigate the efficacy of Bifidobacterium triple live capsule combined with racecadotril granules in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis. Methods： 120 children with pediatric rotavirus enteritis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine treatment; the experimental group was combined with Bifidobacterium sinicus capsules. Analyze differences in clinical indicators. Results： The recovery time of clinical indexes in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the conventional treatment group (P<0.05). The virus content in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group at different time (P<0.05). Conclusion： The treatment of pediatric rotavirus enteritis with Bifidobacterium triple live capsule combined with racecadotril granules can accelerate the rate of viral clearance in children and improve the symptoms of children. ......
