【摘 要】 目的：分析ICU患者辅以预防护理干预对下肢深静脉血栓发生率的影响。方法： 此次选择2018年1月-2019年3月我院ICU收治患者89例为研究对象，参照抽签结果分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者辅以常规护理，观察组患者辅以预防护理，对比两组患者护理前后血液流变学指标，记录并计算各组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生概率。结果：两组患者未接受护理干预前血液流变学相关指标无明显差异，经护理干预后，观察组患者护理干预后下肢深静脉血栓的概率低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论：ICU患者辅以护理干预能够良好预防患者下肢深静脉血栓发生，提高患者生活质量，值得临床应用与推广。

    Abstract Objective ： To analyze the effect of preventive nursing intervention on the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs in ICU patients. Methods： Eighty-nine patients admitted to our hospital from January 20 to March 2019 were selected as subjects. The Results were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was supplemented with routine nursing. The observation group was supplemented with preventive care. The blood rheology indexes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. The probability of deep venous thrombosis in the lower limbs of each group was recorded and calculated.
