【摘 要】 目的：分析急诊重症监护病房患者接受机械通气治疗过程中辅以集束化护理干预的临床应用价值。方法：本次选择2018年1月-2019年1月我院急诊重症监护病房收治患者94例为研究对象，均接受机械通气治疗，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组常规护理干预，观察组集束化护理干预，比较两组效果。结果 ：观察组不良反应率及死亡率较对照组相比更低(p<0.05)。护理后，观察组患者PO2，PCO2指标优于对照组(p<0.05)。观察组患者机械通气时长(3.78±1.03)d、入住EICU时长(7.39±1.22)d均明显短于对照组(p<0.05)。结论：急诊重症监护病房收治机械通气患者辅以集束化护理干预减少不良情况，改善患者血气指标。
