【摘 要】 目的：通过对原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者实施不同的护理方案，观察其临床效果，探究不同护理方案的临床应用特征。方法： 从来我院诊治的2016年3月-2018年12月的原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者中随机抽取130例，采用随机数字法随机分为对照组65例：采用常规护理，观察组65例：实施常规护理+综合护理，观察两组患者的生存质量情况。结果： 观察组生存质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论： 综合护理可有效提高原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者的生存质量，减少病情给患者带来的痛苦，是一项值得推广应用的护理方案。

    Abstract Objective： To observe the clinical effect of different nursing schemes for primary acute angle closure glaucoma patients and explore the clinical application characteristics of different nursing schemes. Methods： 130 patients with primary acute angle-closure glaucoma were randomly selected from our hospital from March 2016 to December 2018. They were randomly divided into control group (65 cases) with usual care and observation group (65 cases) with usual care+ comprehensive nursing care. The quality of life of the two groups was observed. Results： The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with primary acute angle-closure glaucoma and reduce the pain caused by the illness. It is a nursing program worthy of popularization and application. ......
