【摘 要】 目的：分析腹部超声结合阴道超声诊断妇科急腹症意义。方法：选我院102例妇科急腹症患者，对照组腹部超声诊断，观察组联合阴道超声诊断。比较诊断结果。结果：观察组患者诊断准确率以及敏感度均明显高于对照组，P<0.05，但是两组患者在特异度指标并没有明显差异。结论：腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断妇科急腹症敏感度以及准确度明显高于单一诊断方法，有利于降低临床漏诊以及误诊情况。
