【摘 要】目的：探讨综合护理干预在脑胶质瘤术后放化疗患者中的应用效果。方法：选取脑胶质瘤术后放化疗患者64例，比较对照组(n=32，常规护理)和观察组(n=32，综合护理)的不良反应发生率。结果：观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对脑胶质瘤术后放化疗患者实施综合护理可有效减少不良反应。
