【摘 要】目的：分析血液标本采集及送检对生化检验结果的影响。方法：选择2017年2月-2018年8月接受的100例接受生化检验的患者作为案例，对血标本进行采集，对比分析血液标本采集时间、溶血和送检时间等对整个结果的影响。结果：对比血液采集时间对生化检验结果的影响分析，包括丙氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、葡萄糖指标等，对比结果差异明显。结论：在整个过程中为了保证检验结果的可靠性，需要不断规范对应的流程和标准，减少失误，确保检测的合理性和准确性。
