【摘 要】目的：探究膀胱肿瘤老年患者早期肺血栓预防的护理措施。方法：选取我院于2018.09-2019.09所接纳治疗的膀胱肿瘤患者80例，将其随机分为对照组(40例，常规护理)以及观察组(40例，早期预防护理)，对比分析两组患者的肺血栓发生状况。结果：观察组肺血栓发生率显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论：早期加强护理干预能够有效降低老年膀胱肿瘤患者的肺血栓发生率，值得临床推广运用。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the preventive methods of pulmonary thrombosis.Methods：Eighty patients with bladder tumor diagnosed and treated from September 2018 to September 2019 were divided into two groups with equal number of people.Different nursing care was given to compare the incidence of pulmonary thrombosis.Results：The incidence of pulmonary thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：Early strengthening nursing intervention has significant intervention effect.
