【摘 要】目的：观察湿热清联合穴位自血疗法治疗肠胃湿热型痤疮的临床疗效。方法：将79例肠胃湿热型痤疮患者随机分成两组，治疗组为40例予以中药湿热清并联合穴位自血疗法。对照组39例予以湿热清常规治疗治疗。治疗结束1月后随访，比较两组的复发率。结果：治疗组患者与对照组互比有较高的临床总有效率和较低的复发率。结论：湿热清联合穴位自血疗法治疗肠胃湿热型痤疮疗效显著，可明显改善患者的生活质量，且复发率低。
