【摘 要】目的：研究妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后放疗采取护理干预措施的效果，为后期开展护理提供依据。方法：以我院于2016年8月-2018年8月期间收治的60例妇科恶性肿瘤术后放疗患者作为研究对象，依据病例单双号随机分为研究组和对照组，两组患者数量均为30例，对照组患者仅实施我院常规放疗护理措施，研究组患者加入恶性肿瘤放疗术后护理干预，研究比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：护理满意度指标比较，研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)，不良反应发生率比较，研究低于对照组(P<0.05)，生活质量各项指标评分比较，研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后放疗采取有效的护理干预措施可改善患者生活质量，提高护理满意度，降低不良反应发生率，值得临床推广应用。

    Abstract：Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention in postoperative radiotherapy of gynecological malignant tumor patients and provide the basis for nursing in later stage. Methods： 60 patients with postoperative radiotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into research groups and control groups based on single and double case numbers. The number of patients in the two groups was 30. The patients in the control group only implemented the normal radiotherapy care measures in our hospital.
