【摘 要】目的：对布地奈德雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法在小儿支原体肺炎患者中的治疗效果进行调查。方法：抽取我院66例支原体肺炎患儿，采用随机分组的方式分为管理组、对照组，每组33例。管理组患儿予以布地奈德雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法，对照组患者予以阿奇霉素序贯疗法，比较患儿治疗效果。结果：管理组患儿疗效评估有效率为97.0%，对照组为81.8%，P<0.05。结论：布地奈德雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法在小儿支原体肺炎患者中的治疗效果理想。
