【摘 要】目的：分析防跌倒安全护理对老年心内科住院患者跌倒发生率的影响。将2017年1月至2019年1月收治的220名心内科住院患者编入实验组与对照组，分别采用常规护理联合防跌倒安全护理(实验组)与常规护理手段(对照组)，分析两组患者的跌倒事件发生率。结果：实验组的跌倒发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，结论：防跌倒安全护理可以有效降低老年心内科住院患者的跌倒事故发生率。
