【摘 要】目的：探讨全程护理干预对小儿哮喘雾化治疗效果的影响。方法：选取2017年6月到2018年5月在我院接受治疗的患儿共92例，分为对照组常规护理46例与观察组全程护理干预46例，根据记录的数据分析两种处理方式对小儿哮喘雾化治疗的效果。结果：观察组的咳嗽缓解时间，呼吸顺畅时间与肺部感染率均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为93.5%(43/46)高于对照组;观察组患儿家属的满意程度分别为97.8%(45/46)优于对照组P<0.05。结论：全程护理在在小儿哮喘雾化治疗过程中具有良好的应用效果，可以推广应用。
