【摘 要】目的：对孟鲁司特钠联合阿奇霉素在小儿支原体肺炎患者中的治疗效果进行调查。方法：抽取我院60例小儿支原体肺炎患者，采用随机分组的方式分为对照组、干预组，每组各30例。对照组患者予以阿奇霉素治疗，干预组患者采用孟鲁司特钠联合阿奇霉素治疗，比较患儿治疗效果。结果：干预组患儿疗效评估有效率为93.3%，对照组为80.0%，P<0.05。结论：孟鲁司特钠联合阿奇霉素在小儿支原体肺炎中的治疗效果更为理想。
