【摘 要】目的：分析急危重症患者采用连续性肾脏替代治疗的效果和护理。方法：从我院2016年11月-2018年8月收治急危重症患者68例，随机分成2组：34例对照组行基础治疗，34例试验组行连续性肾脏替代治疗，比较2组结果。结果：试验组疾病缓解率为94.1%，比对照组的73.5%高，差异显著(P<0.05)。护理后，试验组生存质量评分比对照组高，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：给予急危重症患者连续性肾脏替代治疗和优质护理干预，可提高治疗效果，改善生存质量，值得推广。
