【摘 要】目的：比较舒芬太尼与芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉麻醉的效果。方法：在我院收治的外科手术患者中选取54例，起止时间是2017年3月～2019年6月。随机分为2组：芬太尼+异丙酚静脉麻醉27例作为对照组，舒芬太尼+异丙酚静脉麻醉27例作为试验组，比较麻醉效果。结果：试验组各时刻的心率、血压差异不大(P>0.05);对照组T2时刻的心率、血压明显高于T1(P<0.05);试验组睁眼、意识清醒时间更短(P<0.05)。结论：舒芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉麻醉的效果优于芬太尼，能稳定血流动力学、缩短麻醉恢复时间。

    Abstract：Objective To compare the effect of sufentanil and fentanyl combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia. Methods： 54 cases of surgical patients were selected in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2019. They were randomly divided into two groups： 27 cases of intravenous anesthesia with fentanyl and propofol as control group and 27 cases of intravenous anesthesia with sufentanil and propofol as experimental group.
