【摘 要】

    目的：探究重症监护护理应用于呼吸衰竭患者的效果。方法：本次实验对象全部选自2017年4月至2019年6月期间本院治疗的66例呼吸衰竭患者，按照随机表法分成实验组(n=33)和对照组(n=33)，对照组进行一般护理，基于此实验组进行重症监护护理，对比两种护理方案对患者的影响。结果：实验组和对照组干预前PaO2、PaCO2水平对比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，干预后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：重症监护护理应用于呼吸衰竭患者的效果显著，可有效改善患者血气指标。
