【摘 要】 目的：分析手术室患者采取保温护理效果及其对术中应激、护理满意度影响。方法：随机划分2018年4月-2019年5月本院接收的82例手术室手术患者，对照组(n=41)与研究组(n=41)分别开展常规护理与保温护理，对比两组术中应激指标，并统计护理满意度。结果：研究组CRP、NE及AD及护理满意度均较对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论：予以手术室患者保温护理，不仅可以改善术中应激反应，同时可促进护理满意度提高。
