【摘 要】

    目的：对循证护理干预应用在神经外科气管切开患者护理中的干预效果进行调查。方法：以50例神经外科气管切开患者为研究对象，患者在系统随机分组下分为管理组、对照组，各25例。管理组患者予以循证护理管理，对照组患者予以常规护理管理，比较患者护理效果。结果：管理组患者不良反应发生率为4.0%，对照组为20.0%，P<0.05。管理患者护理满意度为96.0%(24/25)，对照组患者满意度为76.0%(19/25)，P<0.05。结论：循证护理管理能够提升患者在院安全。

    Abstract：

    Objective： to investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in the nursing of patients undergoing tracheotomy in neurosurgery. Methods： 50 cases of neurosurgical tracheotomy were randomly divided into management group (n = 25) and control group (n = 25). The patients in the management group were given evidence-based nursing management and the patients in the control group were given the routine nursing management to compare the nursing effect of the patients.
