【摘 要】

    目的：分析超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术治疗白内障合并急性原发闭角型青光眼的效果。方法：选取2018年4月至2019年6月就诊于我院的52例闭角型青光眼患者作为研究对象，所有患者均采用超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术进行治疗，观察52例患者临床治疗效果。结果：经治疗，所有患者视力均有所改善，可以做到减轻眼压及增加中央前房角深度，治疗前后数据经对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术在白内障合并急性原发闭角型青光眼有显著治疗效果，有在临床治疗中推广使用的价值。
