【摘 要】

    目的：探讨脊柱侧弯手术前后的护理方法和效果。方法：选取我院收治的68例脊柱侧弯手术患者，将其随机分成2组：常规护理34例作为对照组，整体护理干预34例作为试验组，评定护理效果。结果：试验组护理满意33例(97.1%)，高于对照组护理满意27例(79.4%)，差异显著(P<0.05)。护理后患者的ASIA评分、FIM评分均明显提高，试验组评分更高，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：脊柱侧弯患者在手术期间，实施整体护理能提高护理服务质量，促进脊柱功能恢复，值得推广。
