【摘 要】

    目的：探究在头颈部恶性肿瘤护理中应用PICC(中心静脉导管)的临床效果。方法：本次实验研究对象是我院2018年4月至2019年3月期间收治的48例头颈部恶性肿瘤患者，分析患者采取中心静脉导管前后的感染情况与护理效果。结果：实施前中心静脉导管感染率为37.50%，显著高于实施后，显著率为64.87%，明显低于实施后，数据对比，有差异性(P<0.05)。结论：在头颈部恶性肿瘤护理中应用中心静脉导管，能够有效降低患者发生感染的概率，确保护理效果，提升治疗有效率，有临床意义。
