【摘 要】 目的：分析研究在结直肠癌患者术后予以护理干预对患者睡眠以及生活质量的影响。方法：选取2018年01月至2019年01月期间在本院就诊的86例结直肠癌患者术后患者开展此次研究，均分为参照组(n=43)给予传统护理和研究组(n=43)给予优质护理干预，比较两组的睡眠时间和生活质量。结果：研究组患者生活质量和睡眠时间情况显著优于参照组，(P<0.05)。结论：在结直肠癌患者术后予以护理干预对患者睡眠以及生活质量的影响显著，能够促进患者睡眠质量和生活质量的提高，具有推广价值。

    Abstract：

    Objective：To analyze and study the effect of nursing intervention on sleep and quality of life of colorectal cancer patients after operation. Methods：86 patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected to carry out this study. They were all divided into the reference group (n = 43) and the research group (n = 43) with high-quality nursing intervention. The sleep time and quality of life of the two groups were compared.
