【摘 要】 目的：研究无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重合并呼吸衰竭的临床护理方法、效果。方法：选取70例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，随机分为两组，对比组(35例)进行常规护理，观察组(35例)在此基础上进行临床护理。观察两组护理效果。结果：观察组治疗效果比对比组好，护理满意度比对比组高，(P<0.05)。结论： 对无创呼吸机辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重合并呼吸衰竭患者进行临床护理，效果比较显著。
